Business Model
Purple Penguin Properties LLC will acquire and rent out single-family homes and/or small multi-family properties. The business will manage the properties, ensuring they meet the required health, safety, and housing standards. PPP is willing to explore and participate in state and federal assistance programs, such as the Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8).
